Snapchat Events Producing

As an Events Producer, I helped produce immersive experiences for Snapchat at key events. Each event garnered significant engagement, from a successful AR 'house' at SXSW Sydney to celebrating Wear it Purple Day and a c-suite immersive presentation event in India. My achievements spanned logistics, scripting, marketing collateral, and interactive activities, contributing to Snapchat's success in both B2B and consumer realms.

SXSW Sydney Activation:

Objective:

My goal was to help create excitement about Snapchat’s potential among B2B audiences and consumers. This involved helping create a multi-dimensional event at SXSW Sydney.

Program Highlights:

  • Successful execution of a 5-meter AR Photo Tower.

  • Hosting ‘Reimagine Snapchat’ sessions for clients and agencies.

  • Facilitating an official SXSW panel discussion titled ‘Turn on the Happiness Machine.’

  • Organising an interactive AR workshop and Snap School sessions.

Key Achievements:

  • Over 1,500 participants engaged with the AR Tower.

  • Over 200 clients actively participated in B2B sessions.

  • Maximum attendance at the official panel, AR workshop, and Snap School sessions.

Celebrating Wear it Purple Day with OMG/OMD:

As the sole organiser, I successfully ran events across OMD locations in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

Program Highlights:

  • Employee engagement through coffee and purple cupcakes, encouraging donations to Wear It Purple.

  • All donations directly supported LGBTQIA+ mental health initiatives.

  • Positive feedback was received from OMG for Snapchat’s impactful contribution.

Snap in India Presentation:

Objective:

My role was to educate Indian C-suites, founders, and senior marketing executives about Snapchat’s brand and advertising platform.

Program Highlights:

  • Exclusive 2-day takeover of The Amanbagh Hotel in Jaipur.

  • Facilitation of 10 sessions with guest speakers and Snap staff.

  • A successful fireside chat with Snap Co-founder and CEO Evan Spiegel.

PepsiCo Digital Day:

Objective:

I showcased Snapchat’s value as a platform and partner to decision-makers at PepsiCo.

Program Highlights:

  • Delivering an interactive presentation showcasing outreach and engagement strategies.

  • Introducing scannable Snapcodes with playful AR Lenses.

  • Incorporating fun elements and giveaways that garnered positive feedback from PepsiCo team members.

My achievements as an Events Producer encompassed end-to-end event logistics, scripting presentations, creating impactful marketing collateral, providing programming assistance, and developing engaging activities and swag for activations. Each event met and exceeded its objectives, contributing significantly to Snapchat’s success in both B2B and consumer spheres.
